Jails and Death:
Recently learned that an old acquaintance lost her life while serving 4 months in a state prison for fucking up her probation.
The prison guards let her die basically. The story goes that she was sick for several days. So sick that she went from around 120 pounds to about 90 in this period of time. The prison guards didn’t take her to a doctor until she was actually unconscious.
She had about two weeks left of her sentence.
What a horrible fucking way to die. The idea of it makes me angry. The United States is jail crazy. The United States needs to stop being a punisher of it’s own citizens in the area of victim-less crimes.
